My Sandos mirror, the original of which hangs in our country drawing room, has always been the object of much comment and conversation.
The mirror, seen here in distressed acacia, is a passable rendition of the Italian 18th century original.
I found this piece in Sydney, Australia and fell so hopelessly in love with it that I had shipped to London and had it painstakingly restored but not endangering its original patination.
