A gorgeous Louis XV design Bureau-plat or writing desk, of lovely proportions, the walnut veneered serpentine-shaped top, with its ormolu mounts and edges, is fitted with a navy blue gilt-tooled leather writing surface, whilst the shaped frieze has a total of five drawers.

This lovely desk is supported on slender ormolu-mounted cabriolet legs and is even more impressive than it looks!
